In 2008, Miss Scarlett will celebrate our 27th anniversary producing and marketing our National and International award winning line of specialty foods. We could never have imagined back in the beginning when my husband, Ralph, and I produced our first product, Red Pepper Jelly, in our own home kitchen, that we would eventually create 62 distinctly different and uniquely delicious specialty foods producing them in many different size containers under our own label as well as for the many satisfied customers who purchase our products from us under their label. We sell our products all over the United States and internationally through a network of brokers, distributors and direct sales. Currently we are finding that the fastest growth area is in the larger food service containers purchased by restaurants, hotels, cocktail lounges, caterers and delis.

We are proud of our quality control and we purchase the finest raw materials available on the world market, and also have many local California boutique farmers grow special fruits and vegetables to our specifications. We always search for the finest quality at the best prices and purchase virtually all of our olives from Mediterranean countries such as Spain, France, and Greece. Every item in our line is hand packed to insure the maximum fill with the most attractive appearance. We offer four assorted gift boxes that can be customized with our customer's product choice.
