Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex, or standard cargo freight, depending on weight and distance. The best possible rates will be extended to our customers and calculated by package weight and distance. Most orders are shipped Fed Ex ground, with the exception of non-mainland locations (Hawaii, Alaska, etc.), which will be shipped via 2-day air or via pallet orders.
Orders generally leave our warehouse in California the next business day; you will receive an invoice confirmation of your shipment in the mail with your purchase information once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact our Customer Service Department at the contact information below.
Please be sure to provide your name, address, phone number, and the date of your purchase when requesting update or general information on your shipment.
